Onc...In a few years it won't seem so consuming. Once everyone figures out their roles, routines, and procedures for the unexpected, It feel feel like a breeze. At least that is how it has been with me. People always ask me how I do it, but for me this is life and I havn't known any different. It doesn't seem as hard to me as it does to the outside world.
